The problem of this case was solved by Mr. Markowitz, counsel for the United States to German Court. It was this point, to which I referred, about the two witnesses, which occasioned me to question Mr. Bacher. When I asked him about his knowledge of Montelukast 120 Pills 250mg $139 - $1.16 Per pill the letter he said: "Well, I know those people only to the extent that I know they have called me, and I do not know them very well." I asked him, "Then who was the witness that present when letter was received?" Mr. Bacher replied by saying that he would not know, and that he could only answer, "I know people." I asked him, "Will you tell me who he was?" Mr. Bacher at first failed to answer. He then said can only tell me that "The witness' name is Frank Mabieo." I asked him, "Who is Frank Mabieo?" Mr. Bacher hesitated for a moment, then replied, "I don't think he is here anymore." Mr. Marks, on behalf of the United States, then asked, "Will you answer a simple question : Who was Frank Mabieo?" Mr. Bacher said, "No." It was at this time that I said: "It is plain, from the evidence, that you did not know the witness named Frank Mabieo." Mr. Marks then said to me: "I can only tell you that one of these men is a police officer." I said, "Well, that is my point. All the testimony has been given on the basis that man must have been a police officer, and I have been given to what is the penalty for drug trafficking in canada understand that he has been a policeman." Mr. Marks then said to me and Mr. Bacher, Ruggles : "You have two witnesses who are police officers, and they Buy phenergan canada were both here on that day, and you failed to mention that when you are giving testimony." To which it was the opinion of Court that reason why I failed to bring that out was because I had no definite knowledge that this man was a police officer. I say that because do not think it was necessary. I have not seen the transcript, and I have no reasons to think that Dr. Oppenheimer's recollection of the situation was mistaken, but.
Comment: It was so nice talking to you and Jo D during Seal Beach's ANNUAL ARTWALK. (My only disappointment was the lack of live music, hint!) I would love to see you play local and if/when you're on myspace (another hint), promote the show on Club562 and MaiTaiMusic :) Looking Forward to spinning your tunes on TPSradio.org in the Fall!

Comment: Eddie,
Do you remember the year your group played at the Lone Pine Film Festival? I met you there at Jake's Saloon and bought your CD "The Alabama Hills". I recently ran acroiss two other albums on Amazon and just got them in the mail. Can't wait to hear them. Do you ever get down to the San Diego area and play?
Comment: Dear Eddie, Thank you so very much for your kind entry into the NavZip Guestbook & allowing Veteran's to receive, upon request a free CD entitled, "Soldier on the Highway" .. You are a very SPECIAL person to those who gave so much in service to our nation .. Perhaps you could someday do a CD, in honor of your father-in-law who worked for Bell his entire life .. It would stir our hearts to hear the sound of a "Huey" as part of the background music .. Fair Winds, Following Seas, John, NavZip
